Customer Service Executive - German, Norwegian, Arabic and other languages
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Executive you will report to a Team
Leader in Customer Care. You are responsible for handling pre and post
booking (hotel reservations) inquiries. You are also an intermediary
between customers and the hotel.Tasks:• Handle pre and post reservation
inquiries by phone, e-mails and fax;• Handle sales requests by phone and
e-mail;• Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservations;• Outbound
calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests;• Liaison between
guest and hotel to resolve complaints;• Manage relationships with
hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account
management support.
Required Skills• Excellent communication skills;• Excellent commercial
selling skills;• Problem solving;• Experience with internet and hotel
industry;• Sense of responsibility;• Independent and customer friendly;•
Available full-time (40 hours a week);• Flexible in your work
schedule/willingness to work in shifts;• Available to attend a full-time
training (4 weeks) starting from June 4th 2012 or June 11th (fully
paid);• Fluent in written and spoken English (minimum: B2-level);•
Excellent (C2 level) written and spoken language skills in one of the
following languages: Dutch, Chinese, Japanese, German, French, Turkish,
Hebrew, Russian, Italian.• Valid work permit for Germany as a MUST
